What to Bring for Admission
Essential checklist for planned surgeries or maternity delivery admissions:
- Photo ID: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence of both patient and attendant.
- Medical File: All previous prescriptions, recent ultrasound/CT reports, blood work, and list of daily medicines.
- Insurance Cards: Original TPA / Health Insurance policy documents and member ID cards.
- Personal Items: Loose comfortable nightwear, slippers, feeding gown (for maternity), and toiletries.
Insurance & Cashless Desk

- Pre-Auth Support: We coordinate directly with all major private insurers & TPAs for quick approval.
- Planned Timeline: Share your policy card 48–72 hours prior to scheduled surgery for advance pre-authorization.

Visiting Hours & ICU Rules
Designed to maintain strict surgical asepsis and quiet healing for patients and newborns:
- Inpatient Rooms: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (1 visitor at a time allowed).
- ICU Visiting: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (1 immediate family member, hands sanitised).
- Attendant Pass: One designated attendant pass provided per inpatient room for 24-hour stay.
- Child Safety: Children under 12 years are restricted from ICU areas to avoid hospital-acquired infection.
