Immediate Admission Guidelines

1. Acute Abdomen & Surgical Emergencies

Severe abdominal pain, acute appendicitis, strangulated hernia, or intestinal obstruction are triaged immediately. Our modular OT and laparoscopic team are ready 24×7.

2. Active Labour & High-Risk Deliveries

Expectant mothers in active labour are admitted directly to our dedicated labour suite with fetal CTG monitoring and immediate obstetrician presence.

3. ICU Ventilator & Critical Care

For respiratory distress, severe sepsis, or postoperative stabilization, our ICU provides continuous multipara monitoring, invasive ventilators, and dedicated nursing.

4. Cashless Insurance & TPA Desk

Emergency medical stabilization takes priority over billing paperwork. Our cashless insurance desk initiates TPA pre-authorization within 3–4 hours of admission.

What to Do While on Your Way

Calling ahead allows our triage team, anaesthesiologist, and OT nurses to be primed before your vehicle reaches the hospital.

1. Call Ahead: +91 92092 31121

Inform our staff about the patient's condition (e.g. sharp abdominal pain, water break, breathing difficulty) so our resident doctor is standing by at reception.

2. Keep Patient Fasting (NBM)

If severe pain suggests possible emergency surgery, avoid giving oral fluids, tea, or solid food. This allows immediate anaesthesia clearance if needed.

3. Bring ID & Medical File

Carry the patient's Aadhaar card, health insurance policy card, and any recent sonography or blood test reports for rapid clinical comparison.
